Moving Landscapes

Weekly guided meditation class open to all. The class is open to those with no meditation experience and those with an established practice who want the support of a group to ground their practice or add variety to the ways in which they meditate.
Each week we will cover a variety of meditation styles and mindfulness/wellbeing activities.
